the e-p-a is expected to provide an update on that mercury scare at walter johnson junior high. chopper 13 fast and first over the school where classes are canceled again today. today.. parents and students have been picking up belongings that have been checked and cleared. officials say they've also cleared all the classrooms.. and have moved to the gym and locker rooms. they're also visiting homes where the students' clothing tested positive for mercury including one house that was evacuated. i'm kind of scared to go to school tomorrow cause i don't know what's going on lately cause we haven't gotten any calls or anything." officials are planning a 4pm news conference to provide an update on the situation. you can see it live on-air.. and at now let's send things over to 13 first alert meteorologist karla huelga. she's in the weather center right now keeping tabs on the strong winds today.

sometime this week. supporters for the bundy brothers are rallying in front of the courthouse in oregon-- as the son's of cliven bundy prepare for their trial. opening statements are scheduled to begin tomorrow for ryan and ammon bundy... and several others. the protesters say the bundy's shouldn't have to face charges for taking over the wildlife refuge in january.. and demand they get released. 'babyganics' is involved in a larger class-action lawsuit. it alleges the company uses false marketing and it's products are not truly organic. today a new report, showing how the way you give medicines to your child when he orsh sick could be putting them at risk. with more, here's abc news senior medical contributor dr. timothy johnson. dosing cups and syringes? familiar to any parent who has cared for a sick young child. sometimes hard to use? and hard to read? especially at odd hours of the night. now, a new study published in the journal pediatrics? revealing that parents using these measuring devices may be giving their kids the wrong dose of medicine more often than they realize. researchers tested the dosing skills of more than 21 hundred parents of young children?
