think he should go back and start working out again with his rubber work-out pieces" -- referring to an exercise band that snapped, and blinded reid in one eye. hillary clinton addressed her recent pneumonia diagnosis today. the demcratic presidential nominee says she ignored her doctor and continued to campaign over the weekend. clinton canceled three days of campaigning after her diagnosis. she returned to the campaign trail thursda north carolina. a new york city police officer is recovering and a suspect is in the hospital after a chaotic fight and shooting. police say the confrontation started when two officers saw akram joudeh trying to remove a wheel boot from a parked vehicle. when they approached.. they say he pulled a knife and took off.. starting a chase through mid-town manhattan. moments later.. joudeh slashed the face of an off-duty detective who tried to tackle him. "the cops..the shots, they shot for like 5 seconds

police believe joudeh has been living in his car. the associated press and two other news organizations are also suing the fbi for information related to the terror attacks in san bernardino. they want to know who the fbi paid and how much the spent.. to get into the locked iphone belonging to one of the terror suspects. the fbi in march said it had accessed the locked phone with the help of an unidentified third-p reveal details. the complaint was filed months after the fbi rejected records requests from the news organizations. the other plaintiffs are gannett co. and vice media llc. the colorado man's been homeless for two years. he says the denver police and fbi are to blame. steve talley's filed a ten million dollar lawsuit for false arrest, excessive force and malisious prosectution. police arrested talley two

talley's ex-wife identified him in two different surveillance videos. but the problem is.. that's not talley. "im the wrong height, im the wrong body type, im the wrong weight i dont have scars on my hands talley is three inches too tall to be the suspect. and he has an alibi.. a time stamped recoreded phone call proving he was at work at the time of one of the robberies. prosecutors eventually dropped the charges .. his career as a financial broker. denver police say they won't comment on the lawsuit, neither will the f-b-i, or denver prosecutors. the swedish court of appeals has decided to uphold an arrest warrant in europe for wikileaks founder julian assange. the 45-year old faces extradition to sweden on sexual assault allegations. assange has been holed up at the ecuadorian embassy in london since 2012.
