and fans in oakland are not happy about their raiders possibly being relocated to vegas. and now, even the nfl commissioner is weighing in. and a look at the biggest winners from tonight's emmy's but first-- we begin with breaking news -- out of new york. authorities now say -- two bombs were planted in manhattan -- filled with shrapnel-- and designed to inflict damage. we've also just learned -- 5- peopl h and across the bridge--authorities found multiple devices in a single backpack near a train station. they are in the process of detonating those. 29 people were hurt in yesterday's explosion--and while authorities are not linking the blast to any international group.. new york governor andrew cuomo is calling this an act of terrorism we'll have a look at the damage, coming up and -- we're following breaking news -- here at home. police -- taping off a
