crime. 20 year old conor climo just began his patrols at 6 a-m... he says he plans to patrol for about six hours a day. he says he'll be on the lookout for any suspicious activity-- mainly house breakins-- car breakins-- or any drug activity. again-- he is heavily armed-- saeidi asked him what he would do with his rifle if he saw any illegal activity. i'll pretty much stay within constitutional bounds when i'm doing this. but you won't shoot them? no. metro says all of this is legal-- as long as he stays away from restricted areas-- like schools or government buildings. mk-- 13an. right now-- police in north las

night crash that claimed the life of an elderly man. officers say the 65 year old was jaywalking across lake mead, near pecos when he was hit by a woman driving a truck. he was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injuries. the driver stayed at the scene. police do not believe speed or alcohol were factors in the crash. a north las vegas doctor accused of groping one of his patients-- and now we're learning she may not be the only victim. police say doctor jorge burgos inappropriately touched a woman at his office last month. and now investigators are tel coming forward. one of the claims goes back to 20-11, when a patient accused burgos of kissing her. in the incident last month, the doctor reportedly made several sexual advances towards the patient and she repeatedly told him to stop. detectives tell us right now they are checking out the stories from these new alleged victims. the couple shot in a mccarran parking garage are now saying the woman's estranged husband used "on star" and her email to cyber stalk them. we spoke with the victims, and

account even though the couple had been separated on and off for about two years. according to brown's police report he knew his wife was flying home on monday because he logged into her email. and he went to the parking garage three times, before finally confronting her and her boyfriend. the couple is still recovering from their injuries, but they tell us they're now taking more security precautions. happening overnight-- protesters once aga the streets of charlotte-- but this time things remained peaceful. police in riot gear and more than 4-hundred national guard troops lined the streets. a midnight curfew was put in place, but police allowed people to stay as long as things were calm. in the past three days more than 50 people have been arrested, and there's been hundreds of thousands of damage. meanwhile, the family of 43 year old keith lamont scott has now watched the video of his

helping two families get back on their feet after their homes are damaged by a fire. the flames broke out at the home near silverado ranch and spencer yesterday around one. the fire department says because of the high winds-- they needed nearly 50 firefighters to get the fire under control. no one was hurt. the cause is under investigation. some terrifying security video out of georgia this morning... shows a woman shooting at three here you see the men kicking down her door-- guns already out. the woman wakes up and quickly their confrontation turns into a shootout. (911 operator) "did they shoot you?
