night crash that claimed the life of an elderly man. officers say the 65 year old was jaywalking across lake mead, near pecos when he was hit by a woman driving a truck. he was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injuries. the driver stayed at the scene. police do not believe speed or alcohol were factors in the crash. a north las vegas doctor accused of groping one of his patients-- and now we're learning she may not be the only victim. police say doctor jorge burgos inappropriately touched a woman at his office last month. and now investigators are tel coming forward. one of the claims goes back to 20-11, when a patient accused burgos of kissing her. in the incident last month, the doctor reportedly made several sexual advances towards the patient and she repeatedly told him to stop. detectives tell us right now they are checking out the stories from these new alleged victims. the couple shot in a mccarran parking garage are now saying the woman's estranged husband used "on star" and her email to cyber stalk them. we spoke with the victims, and
