11-year-old oscar cerda and his 6-year-old brother daniel were caught in the middle of last night's fight outside of houston texas. they were playing soccer outside when police say more than a dozen teens started fighting. two teens were also shot. it's putting neighbors on edge there... yesterday...now one officer you see in the video has quit his job because of it. you see in the video the officer hitting a man with a baton multiple times. protesters sat in on a city council meeting...demanding change. more than 50 people of all ages spoke against the police killing of keith scott. listen to what one little girl had to say... we are black people and we wrong. we do this because we need to and have rights (applause) speakers also called for the mayor's and police chief to resign. money is headed here to nevada to help pay for more body cameras for our officers. attorney general loretta lynch made the announcement yesterday. the department of justice awarded 20-million dollars for cameras at more than 100 law enforcement agencies across the country. here's an interesting story for any mother...
