so far, larry says he's found garbo the clown twice... once at an intersection near las vegas boulevard and bonanza and another time near tropicana and spencer. larry says he will stay after the creepy clown until he finds him. clark county school police say the threat is not credible. families who were hoping the state would help fund their child's education through the education savings account program will have to wait. the nevada supreme court ruled yesterday. they found many parts of the program are allowed under state law, but that the w funded violates nevada's constitutional requirement to fund public education first. supporters say the fight isn't over. republican state senator scott hammond says he will ask governor sandoval to bring up a fix to the funding issue during a planned special session next month. the program would have allowed parents to spend money from the state on things like private school tuition. no funds were ever disbursed to families. 13 action news is getting help
