mandatory for all metro officers who interact with the public-- including k-9 and swat members. a new study by cambridge university found a 93-percent decrease in complaints against officers who wear body cameras. the theory is.. the cameras increase awareness by not only the police officer, but also the suspect. a huge blow for the education savings account program--our state supreme court rules it unconstitutional... but leaders aren't giving the voucher program would have allowed parents to spend state funds on things like private school tuition. the court says the "savings account program" itself is constitutional-- it was the way it was being funded they had a problem with. governor sandoval says he'll be consulting with lawmakers to change the funding plan, butsays it will not be an easy task. ahead today...the clark county commission is meeting to talk
