winds and heavy rains. states of emergencies have been declared in several states in the southeastern u-s. but the hurricane is already causing havoc in haiti.

lake mead boulevard last monday. nobody was hurt. if you have information, contact metro. republican senate candidate joe heck is getting some help from a former president today. george w. bush will appear at a private fundraiser in las vegas and lake tahoe. the former president won't be making any public appearances. heck's opponent, democrat catherine cortez-masto is also holding an event in the valley today. she'll be hosting massachusetts a new poll in overnight shows hillary clinton leading among the youngest generation of voters. but it also shows she still has some work to do to get the millenial vote. this is according to a survey from the university of chicago and the associated press. it found that millenials see clinton as more qualified than doland trump to be president. at the same time - 54-percent of millenial voters have a negative view of her... when compared to president obama, she also has some work to do.

and was just trying to get in. but the police department says the video needs context. this morning, many believe it shows a mis-use of force. officers first responded to the home with reports of someone trying to break in with a shovel. they found dejuan yourse sitting on the proch holding a shovel. he tries to explain that he's locked out and is having a hard time reaching his mom on the phone. tensions between the officers and yourse rise after he shares his criminal record. he then starts calling friends for help. "i just said sit down..but why that?" "police is over here and they harassing me." all charges were dropped and both officers have resigned. police confirm they later discoverd yourse had two warrants out for his arrest. meanwhile, in los angeles, over two-dozen people marched last night against two recent deadly police shootings in the area. in one of them, officers say the suspect turned toward them with a gun. in the other the suspect allgedly pointed what looked like a real gun at police.

investigators have now narrowed down their focus to prince's doctors and the black market. their two main questions are: if doctors illegally prescribed opiods for prince...and whether the fentanyl that killed him came from a black market source. this raises the prospect that doctors could be charged with writing unlawful prescriptions. prince was 57 when he was found dead from an overdose in his minneapolis home. it may be getting closer to hallowee and unwanted bats are now closing a school in houston. staff members started to notice the bat problem at the private school last week, but it wasn't until a bat removal expert was brought in that officials discovered there was a serious problem.
