there-- chad shelton. farr's defense team-- telling the judge-- their client suffers from severe adhd. adhd is classified as hyperactivity and impulsive behavior-- characteristics that some studies have shown-- could lead to criminal activity. his defense team told the judge-- because of farrs condition-- they wanted to take their time with this case. marissa tag i was able to briefly talk with one of farrs friends inside the courtroom-- he told me after the shooting-- farr became suicidal-- before finall police. mk-- 13an. a titanium company will pay a 5-hundred thousand dollar fine for a chlorine release. the 2012 release near the henderson time-met chemical plant went on for several hours before authorities were notified. according to the e-p-a, the company has also agreed to hire an independent auditor to check their emergency preparedness programs and chemical safety. the agenncy also found violations during a march 2015
