((((ad-lib)))) some lawmakers met for 15 hours on the first day of the special session but left saying they know they've hear from opponents of that 1.9 billion dollar stadium. lawmakers did have a long first day of the session, but they have a shorter period to work with on the second day. that's because they've got to get everything done before sundown... before the start of yom kippur,

... after she says a teenager randomly attacked her at a local park. "i don't think anybody should be able to take that kind of did." according to the police report, it happened on september 29th ... near fort apache and maule. angie johansson says a complete stranger approached and asked if she had a cigarette. before she could finish answering ... she says the teen attacked her. johansson was punched in face, knocked to the ground, kicked, and beaten unconscious. in video of other incidents across the country -- you see an unsuspecting victim get suckerpunched. 13 action news is reaching out to police to determine the potential motive ... and also see if there's been other similar incidents in the valley. this morning we're getting our first look at the man accused of viciously assaulting a henderson woman. this is -23- year-old.... michael mattingly. henderson police say.... he also tried to steal the car of a person trying to help the police say mattingly eventually returned to the scene of the attack...near paseo verde and desert shadow--- and that's where he was arrested. new overnight -- the road is back open after a deadly crash between a dump truck and a motor home--- that killed two people. the crash happened around noon yesterday... on blue diamond road..... near mountain springs and the charleston loop. the two people who died were in the motor home... the driver of the dump truck suffered minor injuries. it's still not clear who was at

car went through a fence! it happened late last night near valley view and washington. detectives say it was a stolen car that went through that fence and a teenage boy was driving it. officers say that teen took off after the crash, but didn't get far before police arrested him. this morning we are getiing a new look at that massive high school brawl that went down after a football game. and police are asking for help making sure a fight like this doesn't happen again. detectives are trying to track down the attackers in this wild video. it shows how bad things got at canes parking lots at 95 and ann after the game between arbor view and centennial high. at least four people were hurt, including one girl who suffered serious injuries. extra security has been on-hand at centennial this week...as metro and c-c-s-d police try to track down those responsible. a valley veteran's home is broken into... and it's caught on camera. in the surveillance video...

was evacuated. police say a man told security that he found a note about bombs. but when he was questioned about it... the man said he threw the note away. mall security went with him to go find the note... but the man had a medical episode and fell to the ground.

center were told to evacuate the building and others were advised to shelter in place during the fire. it was first reported just before nine. fire officials say the building did not have any fire-suppression sprinklers. about 150 firefighters were on fire and searching for victims. from contact -13-... a consumer alert this morning scammers are using the good name of susan -g-. komen to rip you off. the foundation's nevada office says... someone is calling businesses asking if they can place boxes at registers... for donations. but... the komen office says... they do not place donation boxes in businesses... unless there's an event with a komen representative present.
