month after her husband -- christopher stewart -- is shot and killed.. right now -- henderson police say -- they still don't have anyone in custody. back on october 3 -- shortly before 4 a-m -- police say -- a man called -- saying he was shot. the 49-year-old father -- then -- crashed his car -- near anthem and bicentennial parkways. stewart's wife says -- he was

restaurant "the bar" -- on bermuda -- just a few miles from his home. "i just wish he was still here..weep." "i can't sleep on my bed because every time i see the bed i see him stewar -- was born and raised in las vegas -- and worked as a driver. new information -- on that horrific scene in south carolina... police -- now confirm the body found on that property -- is the boyfriend of the woman -- found chained inside a storage container. the suspect -- today -- he has also told police -- there are two more bodies on the property. and -- he confessed to killing four people -- at a motorsports shop -- back in 2003. so far -- he has not been charged. right now -- at least 10 people are recovering -- after a shooting -- outside a nightclub -- in oakland, california. police say -- it happened just after midnight -- about a block away from city hall. all of the victims -- are expected to be ok. the shooting involved as many as three gunmen.
