undergoing a psychiatric evaluation..after acting "erratically" at his trainer's home yesterday. police had to be called as doctors checked him out for severe sleep deprivation. west was taken away handcuffed to a gurney. we've learned his wife--kim kardashian has flown to l-a to be at the hospital with her husband. the hospitalization comes after kanye cancelled the rest of his saint pablo tour and went on during one of his shows. now to a developing story. oakland raiders fans are working furiously to keep the team from moving to las vegas. the abc station in oakland says former raiders' star ronnie lott is close to signing a deal with the city of oakland and alameda county to either sell or lease the current stadium. the group is hoping to negotiate a stadium deal and redevelop the land into a new sports complex. owner mark davis has said he's committed to moving the team to

arrested yesterday. at least 36-people have come forward accusing the doctor of sexual abuse. the accusations date back to 19-98. a former gymnast claims the coaches turned a blind eye to nassar's abuses. he served as the gymnastics team doctor through four olympic games. arrested-v new this morning.. the man suspected of fatally shooting a san antonio police officer says h apologize to the victim's family.
