officers were on another call near rainbow and windmill when they heard three shots... around 8-30 last night. we're told they ran to the area where they heard the shots coming from... that's when they say a man came out of an apartment and said he shot his son. police are considering this an act of domestic violence. we talked with lieutenant dan mcgrath overnight... who had a plea for anyone having family troubles. 3:51 "please call somebody... friends, family a pastor... someone didn't have to lose their life" 4:04 names of those involved... but they do say the father appears to be in his 50s and the son was likely in his 20s. and we're told the father is cooperating, while in police custody. keith don't let him brak the windows. come on out the car. keith, don't do it.

before a show in san francisco. a technician died after he was hit in the head with some kind of object. last night's show was cancelled..which is rare for cirque du soleil. ticketholders heard the news as they waited in line. "shock, i'm i can't drive, i can't believe th that somebody in the show is injured ." now we're learning more about the one-point-three-billion dollar proposal to keep the raiders in oakland. "the san francisco gate" reports the deal includes two- hundred-million in public funding six-hundred-million from an investment group.. and five-hundred-million from the raiders and the nfl. it's rumored owner mark davis would also have to sell part of his team to the investment group. approved any plans just yet. and davis insists he's commited to las vegas. our state and local lawmakers have already approved the funding and building of a we shouldn't have to be and we are." only on 13 action news... there's growing fear after gunfire erupted outside a center for those with special needs.

southern nevada"---it's riddled with bullets. we're told this happened sometime over the weekend on vegas drive near decatur... just steps away from the front door. stand trial for manslaughter. tulsa officer betty shelby was charged after shooting terence crutcher in september, which was captured on camera. a judge decided to go ahead with the trial after reviewing the video in the courtroom. shelby claims crutcher was armed and threatened her. but investigators never found any weapons in his car or on him. and in south carolina a former police officer also accused of shooting a black man is currently on trial.
