he started shooting. police say that he was wearing military style clothes with nazi emblems on them. they say he was shooting randomly at cars in front of a condo complex monday morning. 6 people were shot, 3 had eye injuries from flying glass. one person is in critical condition. the man who police say walked into a people has now been charged. police say he start shooting inside a macy's store last friday. this was a vigil that was held for those victims last night outside of that mall. he was arrested after a 24-hour manhunt. his stepfather says he had mental health issues. a large group held signs and
