of the week. metro police investigating a deadly accident this morning near dean martin and flamingo they tell us a motorcylist was going south on dean martin drive when the bike overturned. a 26 year old male driver seperated from the motorcycle...and crashed into a pole. it happened just after midnight. he was taken to the hospital, where he later died. the roads have been closed down -- just be aware of that as you head out the door this morning metro police are investigating a stabbing, and have one person in custody. it happened just after two friday afternoon on north las vegas boulevard near craig. officers didn't say what led up to the stabbing, or how injured the victim is. they are questioning at least one person in this case police have arrested a man for allegedly beating a guy to death inside his tent near decatur and charleston thursday evening. officers say tracy morrison -- crawled into the tent of 61 year old william bryan, and began punching

bryan was inside with a woman at the time who told officers the suspect then ran away bryan was taken to umc where he later died. morrison faces 1 count of first degree murder. after 6 months on the run, mexican drug lord "el chapo" is back in the same prison he broke out of. mary maloney has more on his arrest a dramatic capture. the world's most wanted -- most dangerous drug kingpin -- joaquin el chapo guzman -- back in mexican custody -- after a nearly six month manhunt. the city of los state of sinaloa. says five of el chapo's people were killed in a shootout. six others arrested. a mexican marine was wounded. el chapo captured at a nearby motel. mexican officials say the drug lord was surrounded by firepower. raid -- a rocket- launcher -- eight rifles -- and two (michael braun/former dea chief of operations): "he's known to have traveled throughout sinaloa, oftentimes with a security force with as many as 150." el chapo's escapes from mexican prisons are legendary. he broke out of a high security prison in july through this elaborate tunnel. prison officials were fired -- and dozens of people charged. eluded police door hidden under his bathtub. now -- the mexican government is under enormous pressure to extradite the drug lord. hospital after being shot while trying to break up a fight officials say 25- year-old sharrod stewart was shot in the ankle while responding to a house party in the bronx around 2-am this morning five others were also injured in the brawl, hospitalized with stab wounds the shooter, a 19 year old with a criminal history, is in police custody. the officer, is listed in stable condition. the city of philadelphia telling its officers to stay vigilant in the wake of an ambush style shooting that left a cop seriously injured. thursday morning when a man walked up and fired 13 shots at point blank range. confrontation with federal agents exploded... nats fast forward nearly two years later... the bundy's are invovled in another stand off involving federal land this time in the malheur national wildlife refuge in harney county oregon. the bundy's and their supporters are protesting the jail sentence of two local ranchers convicted of setting fires that destroyed federal lands. ryan bundy... clivens son.... spoke to fox5 over the phone... things are going great we got lots of local people been coming out and visiting us and showing the numbers have grown so much its hard to keep track of them all despite pointing guns at federal officers... and video of a bundy supporter kicking a police dog... no one from the 2014 stand off has been charged. and as of last check cliven bundy has not paid the million dollar fine he faced for allowing his cattle to graze. the differece in the 2014 incident it was not the bundys doing it it was the people who showed up to protest militia individuals people from other states who came to stand up for the bundys and acted in a harassing manner towards federal authorities ryan bundy says his supporters are determined to uphold the constitution and says those living in harney county are behind him... theres a lot of folks that misunderstand why were here and what we want to
