police say two cars collided near boulder highway and desert inn around 10:30 last night the driver and passenger of one...were taken to hopsital where they later died. the driver of the car, is listed in stable conditon. police are also investigating an auto pedestrian accident at tropicana and koval this morning. we know one person was to the hospital. the extent of their injuries is unknown at this at this time. we will update you as soon as we get more information and ... a third crash -- this one, on the 1-15 near apex. n-h- p is on the scene. we're told it happened just before 2-a-m. we've put a call in to troopers are waiting for more information. just be aware of possible closures if you are headed to that area this mroning new details this morning about the woman hit and killed by a bus that veered off the road. it was breaking news in our show yesterday --- that crash happening around 5 in the morning near tropicana and polaris.

woman, who's identity has not yet been released, was waiting at the bus stop when the 22-year-old r-t-c driver went off the road, hitting her. she died at the scene. police are still investigating what exactly happened no other injuries were reported . the r-t-c releasing a statement on twitter last night... quote "this morning's accident is a terrible tragedy... and our deepest condolences go to the victim's family. metro police is investigating the incident. as always, r-t-c remains committed to ensuring public safety." a man opens fire inside the pahrump nugget hotel and casino. the nye county sheriff's office says lee daniels fired a round at a woman during a verbal fight... then took off in a car driven by a woman, desiree lewis. the victim was taken to u-m-c with an injury to her leg. daniels and lewis were arrested in las vegas yesterday morning... and booked into nye county detention center. both face charges of

oregon saturday -- a surprise twist -- when a dispute broke out upon the arrival of another group of armed occupiers cory marshall was there at the standoff --reporter pkg-as follows-- reporter standup: that confrontation happened right about here...sidelining the morning press conference.. which takes place just over my shoulder here. the group -- a militia of their own. they moved in fast. a scooter rider, identified as melvin mitchell is in critical condition after being thrown into the road it happened saturday morning near bonanza and m-l-k. police say a pickup driver was towing a trailer when it made a left hand turn -- the man on the scooter, tried to avoid the trailer, slid into the road. he was taken to u-m-c with life- threatening injuries. . an arrest made in a deadly fight at an apartment complex. 30-year-old brandon olds was taken into custody friday afternoon. police say the stabbing resulted from a fight that broke out last month near last near harmon and jimmy durante... the victim died at the scene. a woman accused of robbing several jewelry stores in 5 different states -- has been caught matt johnson has more on how the fbi tracked her down --reporter pkg-as follows-- the f-b-i identified the suspected armed jewelry store robber in this surveillance video as abigail kemp from

stole millions of dollars worth of jewelry...and she was wanted in multiple states, including georgia. the 24-year-old was arrested friday in smyrna, along with a man who investigators haven't identified yet. we obtained a federal affidavit that links kemp to at least six robberies in five states since april. in the documents, authorities say she served as a lookout in some cases. in another robbery, she's accused of ordering store employees to the back room and zip- tying their hands. in one more, authorities say she stole more than 900-thousand dollars worth or merchandise. the eight-month spree began at a jareds store in woodstock. since then, kemp is accused of pulling off five more heists in georgia, tennessee, florida, south carolina and north carolina. we found a 2011 arrest warrant out of cobb county for kemp for battery, along with this mug shot. the f-b-i says they used her social media accounts to link a getaway vehicle in the robberies back to her. i went by the house where the car is registered, but a woman at the door declined to comment. she will face a

two children are hospitalized after falling into icy water near boston. this morning, their friends are being praised for saving their lives. the kids met up for a game of football yesterday afternoon. at one point, two of the boys decided to cut across an icy pond and fell in. "we were gonna stop them but they kept, they kept going and so they went in the middle and then they fell." "when the ice broke i started crying, so i went to my mom's friend's house and got my uncle." three good samaritans stopped to help. they broke the ice and pulled one water, he was conscious and minutes later the police arrived and pulled the other water. he was un- responsive. no word yet on their conditions this morning. a toddler is lucky to be alive after sneaking out of his house and taking his big

surveillance video as abigail kemp from cobb county. authorities say she stole millions of dollars worth of jewelry...and she was wanted in multiple states, including georgia. the 24-year-old was arrested friday in smyrna, along with a man who investigators haven't identified yet. we obtained a federal affidavit that links kemp to at least six robberies in five states since april. in the documents, authorities say she served as a lookout in some cases. in another robbery, she's accused of ordering store employees to the back room and zip- tying their hands. in one more, authorities say she stole more than 900-thousand dollars worth or merchandise. the eight-month spree began at a jareds store in woodstock. since then, kemp is accused of pulling off five more heists in georgia, tennessee, florida, south carolina and north carolina. we found a 2011 arrest warrant out of cobb county for kemp for battery, along with this mug shot. the f-b-i says they used her social media accounts to link a getaway vehicle in the robberies back to her. i went by the house where the car is

(arika stovall/survived crash) "i mean, we've gotten hundreds of messages just telling us that our story brought them out of a dark place in their life and changed their life and it changed their life." a life changing moment that apparently has changed lives and not just theirs. legs... is becoming quite the internet star meet bunny roo --- images of her have surfaced online with people commenting on how sweet she looks her owner says she's not in any pain...and is actually very mobile. she also says she loves to give hugs and relax with her family. now bunny roo may end up getting prosethics in the future but her owners says she doesnt need them at this point an adorable puppy perplexed over his owner's cell phone.. he tilts his head and listens intensily... after a while he gets frustrated and paws at it.. begging for attention. that does it for us for fox5 news
