down. this as 8 people lose their lives during another deadly weekend on valley roads. the most recent happened at 11-30 sunday morning near carey and losee. police say a male driver was speeding when he lost control of the s-u-v... and it fell about 20-feet off a bridge onto railroad tracks. the driver and passenger were killed. "so a good reminder for us to slow down. this is something tragic where we've lost two people. it's the first fatal crash for north las vegas. so a good reminder to slow down. you

affecting your life. you're affecting other people's lives as well." police have not said if alcohol or drugs were a factor. the coroner will release the victims' identities at a later time. new york police are looking for a 5th suspect in connection to a gang rape case at a park in brooklyn. 4 of the teen suspects were already arrested after 2 of thier parents turned them in. this is surveillance video at a shop thursday before the incident happened. police say the 18 year old victim was walking with her dad. the suspects came up to them, pointed the gun at her dad then told him to leave. that's when each teen raped the woman. the father returned with 2 officers, but the attackers were gone. charges are pending. the notorious mexican drug lord joaquin "el chapo" guzman is facing extradition to the united states. he was recaptured on friday after escaping a

prison 6 months ago. officials say he was hiding out in a house before getting stopped on a highway. but what people are talking about is his secret interview with actor sean penn. rolling stone magazine published an article about penn's meeting with el chapo in a jungle last october. penn says the interview was set up by actress kate del castillo. mexican officials are now looking to question her and penn about their communication with el chapo. the mother of fugitive teen, ethan couch is expected back in court this morning. a judge will consider reducing her bond amount, which has been set at one million dollars. tonya couch is charged with hindering the apprehension of a felon. tonya and her son were captured in mexico where he is still being held. officials say the 2 fled texas after ethan violated his probation. he was convicted in 20-13 for killing 4 people while driving drunk...he was 16 at the time. jury selection

postponed in baltimore for the second officer on trial in the death of freddie gray. officer caesar goodson junior drove the police van that transported 24- year old gray to jail back in april. after the 45 minute ride... gray suffered a spinal injury that ultimately caused his death. goodson is facing second-degree depraved-heart murder. he's one of 6 officers charged in gray's death. officer william porter was the first to stand trial and his battle ended in a mistrial. sad news out of the entertainment world this morning, legendary artist david bowie has died. ground control to major tom (ten, nine, eight, seven, six) commencing countdown, engines on (five, four, three) he died last night surrounded by family, following an 18 month battle with cancer. the multi-

deshaun watson, finished third for the heisman. the game is set at 5-30 tonight on e- s-p-n. a toddler tries to drive his motorized toy car onto a busy florida highway. police say the 3- year old was only in a shirt and diaper trying to drive his big wheel onto the highway. are big wheels motorized? i guess his is! deputies said several vehicles created a blockade around the boy to keep him from entering traffic. the boy's father told police he was in the bathroom when his son used a chair to unlock a door and left without his knowledge. the dad wasn't charged but "the department for children and families" are now investigating the case.

served during the vietnam war as a registered nurse. after completing her service... she was diagnosed with p-t-s-d. dias says it caused her to lose her job and home. "i was in a women's shelter at one time and i was in another family shelter the shade tree. so homelessness i have experienced firsthand." dias is now a resident and volunteer at veterans village. it's a non-profit helping homeless veterans. she still can't believe she's going to be sitting with the first lady. convicted of arson and given 5-year sentences. they set fire to public land to property from wildfires. did not accept the local sheriff's offer for safe passage out of the state. police and state employees in plans to go door- out bottled water and testing kits to residents. the governor declared an the city's water supply has been contaminated with lead for months and has been detected in children's blood. while trying to cut costs, officials stopped getting pre- treated water from the city of detroit in 20-14 and instead began using water from the nearby flint river. blue bell ice cream says listeria was recently found in one of its production plants but says no bacteria has been found in any of its products. the company says it is currently testing every batch of ice cream produced.

the most recent happened at 11-30 sunday morning near carey and losee. police say a male driver was speeding when he lost control of the s-u-v... and it fell about 20-feet off a bridge onto railroad tracks. the driver and passenger were killed.
