stoppers at 702 385-55-55. a murder suspect was mistakenly released from a southern california jail last month. that suspect was captured in boulder city. the los angeles county sheriff's department says detectives learned today - that steven wright might be hiding in a boulder city hotel and requested assistance from the fbi and local police departments. wright was taken into custody without incident. he was awaiting trial in a gang killing when he was released from jail due to clerical errors. no additional charges will be filed against wright - who will be held in nevada pending an extradition hearing. a car crashed into the lobby of a medical building -- sending three to the hospital. it happened around 10-30 this morning near jones and spring mountain. police tell us three or four people were in the lobby when the car crashed through the wall. crews rushed threepeople to spring valley hospital. their injuries do not appear to be

police say the driver stayed at the scene... investigators tell us the car had an issue with the accelerator. hundreds of laid-off solar company workers protest outside the "public utilities commission" building. "we're not gonna quit. we're not gonna quit. we're not gonna quit." nevada regulators heard arguments on if existing rooftop solar customers should be "grandfathered" into lower rates. this comes after the p-u-c approved higher ones before the new year. demonstrators brought several wheelbarrows with more than 30-thousand signatures to overturn the rules. one laid-off employee from "solar city" asks the p-u-c to do the right thing for nevada. homeless man was found brutally murdered.... an 18 year old was convicted of the crime... even though there weren't any witnesses - or physical evidence to link her to the scene. cyndi lundberg has a preview - of her fox five special investigation... "guilty until proven innocent". kirstin blaise lobato was convicted of the crime...and for nearly 15 years... she's maintained her innocence. we do want to warn our viewers... some of the details of this story are very graphic... duran bailey was found mutilated... and had his penis cut off... lobato became tied into the crime after telling friends about a sexual assault in which she said she tried to stab a mans groin... bailey was found murdered in july... lobatos attack happened miles away in may.... investigators however maintained it was the same event. dozens of people placed her more than 170 miles away during the murder... there was pubic hair...semen... cigarette butts gum... and bloody footprints that all exclude lobato as
