sunday and made off with the usual valuables: jewelry, electronics, purses... the homeowner reached out to fox5 because they also took something she can't replace: christine maddela has this rep the thought of her not being where she belongs is just heartbreaking megan wilkes is talking about her mother. this is barbara mulholland. she passed away june 17 since her cremation, wilkes kept her mother's ashes in this rectangular cherrywood box. they probably went to open it and couldn't so just grabbed it wilkes says the thieves took her computer, i-pad, and jewelry... everything valuable in my room is gone

his life on august 22nd... when las vegas firefighters say the scaffolding fell apart. he was one of these guys who just put his head down and went to work every day two men were able to jump off in time... but not ricardo baustista now -- days later -- some people are saying someone should have seen this coming. once i heard the company... i wasn't surprised they've been on our radar screen for a while but now they're certainly number one on our radar screen. frank hawk -- who works for the says before the accident ever happened... he had been getting calls from people who say they knew the site was unsafe... and now he wishes he could have done more to try and get it shut down it was like a prophecy. and then you start going through the self guilt fox5 took a good look at the company's history with osha. performance builders incorporated has been under review at least nine times... but in three cases, investigators found

when we asked to see the specifics -- osha told us they couldn't get that to us for a few days. this should be available for the general public to see. you should know about a company that you're going to work for. what we do know is this -- the last three serious violations were just months ago... and it appears to be related to a problem with the scaffolding. the union says -- they don't have a doubt in their minds... that this company has blood on its hands. these violations were tied to as may and the fact that they're allowed on these job sites just shows that people find ways to skirt the system ah f5n llv in national news. we are now hearing the 9-1-1 calls from the night of the shooting rampage at pulse nightclub in orlando. this call is from a man whose girlfriend was trapped inside the club.

" the shooting on june 12th. left 49 dead and dozens more injured. the shooter was eventually killed in a shootout with police. republican presidential candidate donald trump is heading south of the border to talk immigration...today . on tuesday he tweeted... i have accepted the invitation of president enrique pena nieto, of mexico, and look very much forward to meeting him. the meeting is just hours before trump is set to deliver a major immigration speech. president enrique pena nieto's office tweeted that both trump and hillary clinton have been

relations dialogues. the meeting comes after months of harsh words between trump and mexico's leaders, including pena nieto comparing trump to hitler and mussolini. people are protesting the skyrocketing cost of epipens. researchers in brazil found six percent of babies who had been diagnosed with zika-related microcephaly-- experienced hearing loss. here's a strange arrest out of st louis.. police say a man trying to steal a bag of flaming hot cheetos .. was caught red- handed. 33-year-old joshua crook was taken into custody monday night after punching the gas station employee who stopped the theft. polcie say crook then went outside the ground and tried to start a fire with a cigarette. crook now faces a felony attempted arson charge. a lot of people think their dog understands them... now scientists are proving it.... according to a new study from budapest, dogs comprehend and respond to language. researchers in budapest recorded the brain activities of dogs as they heard various phrases. when the dogs heard things like "good boy" or "well done" they responded stronger than when they heard neutral words

crashes into a sparks nevada r-v park... it happened tuesday evening.... officials say the plane was trying to land at reno- tahoe international airport when it crashed. the plane did not directly hit any r-vs...
