get ready. las vegas is introducing its first bike share system. the r-t-c of southern nevada awarded the contract to the wisconsin based company "bcycle" for the goal of increasing transportation options in the city. the system is scheduled to open in 2016, featuring 18 stations and 180 bikes in the downtown vegas area. and check out the new bikes. the r- t-c tweeted out

and temporary closing of johnson middle school leads the rant .. by now you know the story.. the entire school was locked down after several students were exposed to mercury... turns out it was a bag full of mercury.. not just a thermometer's worth. and while parents are furious with the school and the epa.. some are directing their anger at the parents.. here's it's unfortunate that those children had to be locked in the school while they were all tested for mercury exposure, but what's even more unfortunate is the way that their parents left the parking lot of that school. littered with trash.. plastic bottles paper everywhere.. what a shining example you're giving your
