weather service says some gusts reached more than forty miles per hour at the airport... delaying some flights for more than an hour. the wind may stay around for a little bit longer. let's check in with fox five's chief meteorlogist ted pretty with a look at the forecast. we'll start at 59 degrees on friday morning with light, north breezes through the day and a high of 81. the weekend is looking great with mid-80s and plenty of sun and light north breezes. we'll warm up next week with 88 on mondayth 90s for tuesday

in the middle of the street. her attorney says shelby was afraid he was reaching for a weapon -- when she fired the shot. today -- protesters gathered outside the courthouse -- and say shelby should be charged with first-degree murder. the victim leaves behind four children. and protests continue in charlotte, north carolina... after police say they will not release the video of keith scott being shot and killed by police. heres live look was shown dashboard and body camera footage... and say they want it shown to the public. police say it won't be released while the investigation is ongoing. during last night's violent protests -- one man was shot by another citizen... and died from his injuries. police say nine people were injured and 44 arrested overnight. back here in the valley... a clark county defense attorney agreed to remove a "black lives matter" pin from her blouse in court.

"nats of bapgiges" a dozen firefighters officially join the henderson fire department. a graduation ceremony took place for cadet academy class 43. fire chief ma welcomed the new additions in front of city officials... fire personnel... family and friends. the cadets took the oath of office... and were pinned with their badges by family members. will strengthen relationships." the presidential debate between donald trump and hillary clinton takes place monday. it's expected to be one of the most- watched events in t-v history... with comparisons being made to super bowl size audiences. a naked statue of donald trump in las vegas has been getting a lot of attention. today -- we spoke to the local artist who created it. the statue is on fremont and sixth street -- the same area as life is beautiful. joshue monroe -- who goes by "ginr" expects mister trump to stay in place for the music festival. the artist usually makes creative pieces for haunted houses. "trump is monster himself. way he talks about minorities women everyone who isnt as privileged as he is. so its not dying story keeps perpetuating self. just like trump these statues wont go away anytime soon."
