overnight.. n-h-p is investigating a deadly motorcycle crash on decatur at wagon trail .. between sunset and the 215.. a 27-year-old motorcyclst lost control of his bike and crashed into a guardrail. first responders rushed the rider to u-m-c ... but according to the nevada highway patrol the rider has died. witnesses say th rider was driving fast and recklessly before the crash. we are learning more about the man who was shot and killed inside a starbucks sunday.. this morning.. the coffee shop opened for its first full day of business since the shooting.. 41-year-old alexandr cut-zek- feely worked right across the street from the starbucks.. at eco-wash. his coworkers say.. they lost a friend -- and everybody loved alex. alex was shot and killed inside this

suspected shooter... 34- year-old pedro garcia ordered a coffee at the drive thru... and when his card was declined.. he went inside the store. according to police he then got into an argument with another customer... which we now know is alex cut-zek- feely.. and it quickly escalated into gunfire. police say garcia shot and killed alex--right in front of everybody in the coffee shop. " all the customers loved him, the owner loved him, everybody here loved him, hate to see that he went out like that" his coworkers alex was a caring man... who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. police say this man... 34-year-old pedro garcia is the suspected shooter.. he is a convicted felon and police say he should not have had a gun in the first place. garcia is expected to be in court in less than half an hour.. facing murder with a deadly weapon, robbery, burglary and firearms charges. some people in california spent the night protesting.. after police shot and killed a man at a strip mall in el

police say a black man was shot several times by officers in the san diego suburb.. he was not armed.. but pulled an object from his pocket and pointed it in a "shooting stance" at two officers.
