" detectives found that wilson had written in his own blood on the
word sorry. " detectives believe he wrote this before the shooting happened. they also don't know what triggered the crime spree... and say he had a very minor criminal history. toxicology reports are still pending... so we don't know if drugs or alcohol were involved. we do know that the spray nozzel wrapped to look like a gun appears to be what he used in all of his recent robberies. guys? and... a man accused of shooting his girlfriend to death in a parked car near southern hi been arrested. police say 22- year-old kaji goode was killed by her boyfriend 27-year-old ivan cotton. it happened saturday night near jones and cactus. according to an arrest report... cotton called 9- 1-1 to report the shooting... and could be heard saying quote "god i made the mistake... please reverse this... she doesn't deserve this." unquote. he also claims she was pregnant with his child. police say the couple had been dating for more than a year... and the victim's family says the two had been aruging for a few days before the shooting. cotton faces

"signs, work is done." governor sandoval signed
state legislators... oakland raiders owner mark davis... and prospective construction workers. the special session bills allow for the expansion of the convention center. it also approves the construction of a n-f-l stadium in las vegas... which could be home to the raiders. 750-million of the project will be public funding through a hotel tax hike. fox-5's vince sapienza was at the signing earlier today at u-n-l-v.... he spoke with the governor and owner of the raiders to ask whats next.... that's right john.. speaking with governor.. he believes after today....southern nevada.. specifically clark county.. got safer.. bigger.. and better... safer...now with the opportunity to fund more police officers... bigger with convention center expansion... and better.. by building a stadium.. for both n-f-l use..
"i think we have a few raiders fans here, right?" the alumni center on unlv's campus was jam packed with raider fans and labor union workers to see governor brian sandoval sign a bill that could bring the oakland raiders to las vegas. "the opportunity for all of you, to get to work and build a monument for this valley, which will live on for many years to come, look forward to working with you all." governor sandoval says with the the bills put into law las vegas will see an annual 1.5 billion dollar economic impact. bringing in more than a million me
annual room nights. "we'll be fortifying our community and cementing our position as the number one tourist and hospitality destination on planet earth." and that destination is where raiders owner mark davis will see his team end up. davis tells me pending the nfl owners approval team will play here in the fall of 2019. "we believe if we stay in oakland for the next two seasons after this one it gives the families of all the players a chance to acclimate, find places to live and doesn't disrupt the family functions." "we're going to conintue to bring a championship back to the bay area, before we make our new home in las vegas." and it's not just the raiders hopeful of a new home. but unlv football as well. "the rebels will now have a place to play in a stadium near campus, that will elevate this program to greater heights, the big 12 will be beggin us to come back, come forward." "this bill and the law, it's an unblievable opportunity, it's something years from now i think we're going to look back and go wow, that day was more special than any of us could have imagined." governor sandoval says if for whatever reason the nfl doesn't approve the raiders move. the stadium won't be built. and for those who
he has a message. "i think just to be patient as time goes by you're going to see the jobs that are created, the opportunities that are created." now the n-f-l has fall meetings the next two days in houston... there will not be any voting this week... it will be more of mark davis and the raiders proposing and having conversations with other owners to back the move... an official vote won't be done until the first half of next year.... where davis will need 24 of the 32 votes to bring the raiders to las vegas.... from u-n-l-v....i'm vince sapienza.. fox-5 news.. local las vegas... it was a windy weekend...

joe heck's and donald trump's views on women are disturbing. heck voted to defund planned parenthood 10 times. he was even willing to shut down the government over it. and they both outlaw abortion. "do you believe in punishment for abortion?" "the answer is that, there has to be some form of punishment." while heck co-sponsored legislation to criminalize abortion, even in cases of rape. donald trump and joe heck are not for you. dscc is responsible for the content of this advertising. putting a wife to work is a very dangerous thing. planned parenthood should absolutely be defunded. and congressman hardy said he supported trump 100%. like trump, hardy opposed legislation to ensure equal pay. and hardy fought to defund planned parenthood, just like trump. ruben kihuen respects women. kihuen fought for equal pay for equal work. and ruben kihuen will protect our right to make our own health decisions.
robert kearney: i fought for my country in kosovo and iraq, and i've been a republican all my life. but i'm the father of three girls. i can't stand hearing donald trump call women pigs, dogs, and bimbos...and i sure don't want my daughters hearing
it. i want my girls to grow up proud and strong, in a nation where they're valued and respected. donald trump's america is not the country i fought for. so, i'm voting for hillary clinton. hillary clinton:

masto and i approve this message. narrator: 2013: joe heck votes to shut down the government, risking vital services for thousands of nevada seniors and veterans. but as federal employees like air traffic controllers worked 16 days without pay, joe heck continues to cash his paycheck... even as 244 members of congress refused their pay. joe heck says he deserves it.
over the country are in town to learn new skills that will help save lives in case of a disaster. the "a-c-e-p scientific assembly" held different emergency scenarios inside the mandalay bay convention center. this simulation was about a wilderness emergency where a hiker requires immediate attention after a fall. each scenario is played out as life like as possible and it's up to the physicians to make the life-saving calls. "there are over 7 thousand emergency physicisians and staff members here this week so and their learning the techniques and training on these patients so that why this is so important and that's why these simulaters fit in so well with this emergency physicisian traing." and... new technology was developed to help make the simulations even more real. "hal" the robot was used as the hiker today. he can talk and blink. he also has seizures and
by a tablet and adjusts to each scenario he's put in. doctors can use real monitoring and resuscitation equipment on him. now fox5 weather 24/7 with meterologist ted pretty that weekend wind is slowly leaving us, but cool air behind the system will hang around a few days. we'll see a high of 82 degrees on tuesday with 79 as a high on wednesday. light breezes from the south will increase and will be from the north on wednesday and thursday. we only expect north wind to top out around 20 mph..the strongest wind will be in the north portion of the las
