metro says 21- year-old "demond billingsley" was watching "lyriq elaine clayton" and his own child when the incident happened. the child also had some bruises. several friends and family members were in the courtroom to support billingsly. his lawyer told a different story of what happened that day... saying this was an accident. " his own son was in that water, he took out his son, took a phone call, the water was still running, apparently this water was too hot and the accident happened.
