plans on releasing dash cam video today.. of a deadly officer-involved shooting last week. police say trooper david dudley shot and killed 28-year-old javier munoz.. after he may have stolen a car. according to police.. dudley chased munoz until munoz crashed.. then the men got into some sort of struggle.. and munoz was shot. a realtor is still recovering this morning.. almost a month after he was stabbed in the neck after showing a house. "knocked me down, pulled the knife out, knife fell on the ground, he picked the knife up again, and he was going to go for the kill, and fortunately the mother and father that were there, knocked him to the ground." ryan vega was stabbed twice with a butcher knife.. and spent 2 weeks in the hospital.. most of that time in a coma.

tennant's son -- daniel mora -- may have planned the attack... because he didn't want his parents to sell the house. mora is scheduled to be in court next week. the u-n-l-v law professor who was attacked while jogging earlier this month is also recovering.. leslie griffin now in fair condition. police say griffin was randomly attacked -- in broad daylight-- while jogging in henderson near paseo verde and desert shadow trail. it happened back on october 7-th. michael mattingly was arrested -- and is facing a number of charges.. police say following the attack, he also tried to carjack another woman who stopped to help griffin. mattingly is due back in court next wednesday. police are looking for potential victims who may have been unknowingly filmed while at a vacation rental. christopher

and warm springs that was advertised on multiple websites as a vacation rental. police say a renter found hidden cameras in the smoke detectors in several rooms of the home back in january. rogers was arrested in june.. and is facing a grand jury indictment on 5 counts of capturing an image of the private area of another. if you know anything that can help police.. call crime stoppers at 702- 385-55-55. are facing a crippling financial burden.. after the department of defense asked them to pay back bonuses they received 10 years ago. susan haley/ soldier asked to return bonus money: i feel betrayed that i gave them my time and now they want my money back. in order to get soldiers to re- enlist during the iraq war.. the military offered forgiveness and other benefits. but -- those bonuses were only meant for soldiers with certain assignments. investigators uncovered fraud and mismanagement by california guard officials trying to meet enlistment targets.. and veterans are paying the price.. with interest. now -- any attempts to re- claim soldiers' bonus money have been stopped until congress can work out a solution. more bad news

market that prohibits the granting of monopolies by july 1, 2023. well what do that mean? nv energy is the monopoly that serves the majority of all businesses and homes. if question 3 passes nevadians could choose their own power source; most likely solar. major companies like switch, tesla, mgm international and las vegas sand corp are in favor of question 3. opposition groups fear rates would skyrocket once big businesses ditch nv energy leaving the rest of us to pick up nv energy's loss revenue. also nevada already pays a much lower energy rate than our neighboring states and nationally for adding solar last year. the counter argument is an even playing field would force nv energy and the public utilities commission to adapt new rates and policies that would complete directly with new companies with the latest technologies for cleaner alternative energies. any change to our constitution requires two consecutive approval votes so
