the water to search for a missing person. yesterday a canoe capsized in johnson counn. theeheriff's office tells us two people were in it. bystanders pulled one person out of the water -- that person was taken to the hostal. first responders spent the night searching for the other person but had to stt when the watete began freeziig, making it dangerous for the crews. the search is continuing today. investigators are trying to figure out if a deadly shooting in nashua was an accident...or intentional. it happened in the 100 block of saint lawrence street over the weekend. according to the iowa division of criminal investigation, a 56- year-old manas shot in the head. the suspected shooter has been identifiee but no charges have been filed. the motive is still unclear. one person is behind bars and

morning. shirley...what's the latest? what we know now...is that last night in the downtown dubuque area......a two-year- old boy was the victim of gunfire. it's a calm scene now...but last night at about 11:45 dubuque poce responded to the nine hundred block of main street. they say a two year old boy was inside...including other children. right now...they're trying to piqce together what happened. "our officers arrived on scene and located a small child,d,with three in february." police say there's a strong possibility accident...but aren't ruling out other possibilities. also, the gun in the incident was seized. as for the child -- he initially was taken to finley hospital here in dubuque, but then transported to

the southeas. we keep somee areas of clouds and fog in he western part of the viewing area today and into the evening. temperatures will have a hard time getting back into the 20s in areas with fog, but the rest of us will be quarterback trevone boykin fighting with police. you can see bar employees taking a person who t-m-z says is boykin when somom punches arerethrown. later in the video police officers get involved - that's when an officer is allegedly punched by boykin. boykin was arrested and charged with felony assault on a public servant. t-c-u's coach then suspended boykin for the alamo bowl game. police ay a mcdonalds employee was stabbed to deaxh eely this mornii in the broo. police say the suspect and an employee got into a dispute inside the restaurant.

the suspect was escorted from the buildinn, then came back and stabbed the employee. so far, no arrests have beben made. a woman claims recording artist chris brown hit her and took her phone when she tried to take a photo of him. the las vegas metro police department says it's investigating accusations of battery and theft against the r&b star. the alleged victim was not seriously hurt. police say@a 16- year-oldgirl took a bullet over a hoverboard. it happened during an attempted robbery at an apartment complex in atlanta. police say the teen was shwt... after two people followed her and friend home from a gas station... and tried to take her hoverboard... "i just want her to come out so the girl was taken to the hospital, and was stable -- at the time. at least one person was hurt after a fuel truck crashed into a plane at chicago's o'hare airport late sunday. according to authorities -- the truck clipped the wing of a

parked plane. the driver of the truck and a flight attendant on the plane were injured in the accident. the planenehad 65 passengers and four crew memebers -- it was headed to omaha. passengers were transferred to another plane. a three-year-old girl is found after new mexico police say someone stole her mother's car with the chchld in the backseat. and the rescue is caught on camera... "hi sweetheart, you okay? come here! come here! i know, come here. you get warm okay? did you find her? yeah. oh my god!" police say the mother of the three-year-old was filling up water jugs outside a convenience store. when ! man jumped iand stole her car -- with the little girl still rapped in her r ar seat.
