a local bar owner is saying enough is enough- he is sick of people breaking into his waterloo bar- so he's taking matters into his own hands. police say that 28 year old charles stocks jr broke into parks road inn- bashing three video poker machines with a hammer- stealing the cash- before taking off. police say they found him moments later, walking out
