alledgedly failed to stop physical abuse that lead to her daughter's death. the criminal complaint claims kristi's fiance - chad little had been living with with kristi and her two children gracie and her brother. the boy allegedly told police "little would physically beat" gracie. multiple witnesses say they saw visible injuries on kristi while she was dating little. a month after gracie died, we spoke with gracie's grandmother and aunt who said they believed the injures fou o jennifer fairbank "gracies in a much better place. i know she's with god and she's with her aunti heather. and she's happy, and she won't have to feel anymore pain." little is currently serving time in jail for theft and burglary. he has not been charged in connection with case.

a man is now charged with murder tied to the death of a four- year-old waterloo girl. chad little - booked in the black hawk county jail this afternoon. his fiance - 31- year-old kristi buss booked yesterday... charged with child endangerment resulting in death. both people are charged in the death of gracie buss. the four year old was found unconscious in her home in 2015 - now charges in hed the teen allegedly responsible for an elementary school shooting and the murder of his father is in court today this happening just a few days ago at townsville elementary school in south carolina. the 14 year old is being charged as a juvenile he faces charges of murder and three counts of attempted murder. his name has not been released
