bike ride, temperatures along the coastline still looking like upper 40's, close to 50 degrees, ocean water still hanging onto 60, today, so again those milder temperatures this morning, right along the immediate coast, though did not get below freezing. so here's what's ahead. today lots of sunshine this afternoon, but again the highs struggle to get back into the mid 50's, so overall just cool day tomorrow, though, feel the difference, back into the mid 60s. >> friday into the upcoming weekend temps return back to average. nice dry stretch, as well. lot of sunshine, yesterday, 53 degrees, we will be in the 50's today, but less wind, tomorrow, mid 60s, there you go, seven 70s, wednesday, thursday. >> upper 50s in south jersey milder air to the north and west, check it out, cleveland, 51 in pittsburgh, that warmer air mass will start to work it
way eastward rapidly over the next 12-24 hours. check it out on storm scan3, high pressure dominating our weather. look at that clear skies notice the clouds over the ocean, that is showing just cool flow, aloft out of the northwest, so cold air over warmer ocean water produces the clouds off shore. that's why we have the cloudy conditions. today though again cool 50 degrees in the sunshine, more sun tomorrow, back to the mid 60s, and we keep it sunny again, wednesday and thursday, we start to see some 70s, returning to the forecast, so little bit of indian summer going on there. as far as the winds go, again, light winds today, out of the west, eventually turning little more southwesterly, so that southwest wind starts to push in warmer air. wind speeds really didn't that strong. so it is somewhat comfortable outside even now. even though those temperatures are little chilly. quiet on our future weather model, nothing happening, clear skies tonight, this is 9:00. so that's good for the eagles-giant game. it is just going to be chilly. tomorrow, yes, might find few fair weather clouds, during the afternoon. here are the temperatures, again, today, struggling to get into the 50's.
tomorrow waking up much better, maybe in the suburbs, not widespread 20's, then tuesday's highs, mid upper 60s, maybe some spots hit 07 degrees, if we see enough sun. core of the coldest air starting to exit the region, see moderating trend with the temperatures, so mild air works in for the middle of the week, overall, over the next week or two, no signs of any true cold air returning, so we will stay pretty mild, in our forecast, a lot of sunshine today, cool 54 degrees, tonight, chilly, 41, but not as cold, again, some suburbs drop to the 30's. football forecast take off 8:30 at the linc, giants, 44 degrees, so it is chilly but stays dry. winds light. here is the extended forecast, lot of sun, for the rest of the week. there are the numbers going up to low to mid 70s wednesday, thursday, cool back down to the low 60s friday and saturday in the sunshine. i think we can handle low 60s.
