we have another nice day on tap. we have some frontal boundary press through yesterday that did bring a little breeze and some clouds but storm scan is still empty and it will continue to stay that way, here in the delaware valley. looking at the rest of the afternoon temperatures not as warm as yesterday. it is still a mild morning all things considered, cooler by comparison by 5 degrees or so in spots here. forty-nine current temperature in ac. forty-nine in trenton. we are at 52 in philadelphia a. mid 40's generally speaking. 50 degrees in palmyra. it is a jacket kind of morning for sure but looking forward in the forecast under mostly sunny skies, tad breezy at the shore but overall a are, very pleasant spring day unfolding. expect mostly sunny skies, 70 degrees in the city. sixty in the poconos. cooler by comparison with ocean water but regardless a really nice day coming up. this may continue for another day. we will have your full forecast later in the show.

residents at an assist ted living facility in cypress, texas waved for help. facility was evacuated. forty-five residents were taken out in flatbed trucks and hum vees. these men and women were totally unphased. >> i rode a hummer, and i never ridden a hummer before and it is okay. >> reporter: residents are waking up in a baptist church, so the facility can find more permanent housing. >> reporter: this also happened, two young men had to be pulled from safety from raging creek waters in cypress. the pair can be seen hanging from tree branches in the middle of the creek. good smart tans lowered a strap to pull them to safety on a nearby overpass. >> this is just terrifying. terrifying, katie. >> unbelievable. >> it is incredibly dangerous, just unbelievable. one of the severe threats. you never, ever, we say all the time never drive through any flooded roadways.

another nice spring day looking beautiful a cross the delaware valley for yet another day and it will linger for the majority of the forecast, eventually rain does come back in the forecast. we will tell you why, but starting off with the quick peak at storm scan which is devoid of any storms. pride that comes that is nice weather so often this time of the year we have to deal with the pollen. if you take advantage have of and make most of beautiful days we have coming up here just bear in mind allergies will bug you. so very high levels of tree pollen in the next couple of days, friday is actually when wet weather does move in. we should see levels drive off wye the time we hit the weekend. we have 70 degrees on saturday under sunshine sane close to that same forecast on sunday just a few more clouds and slight thely cooler. but friday is the wet day. by wet i mean scattered showers, couple thunderstorms as well but it is also the mildest day of the forecast as
