this is a shock. the world is in mourning passing of prince rogers nelson. >> has died this morning at the age of 57. the singer was found in an elevator and first responders attempted to provide cpr but prince was pronounced d at 10:07:00 a.m. our reporter from our affiliate sce the crowd continues to gr fans were inis consolable. police were called to the scene this morning at 9:43 a.m. he looked frail at this photo snapped last month in canada. pe was seen exiting an airplane with a cain.
he was forced to make an emergency landing in illinois when he was rushed to a nearby hospital and treated for the flu. a rep said prince had been flown home and was recovering after a brief hospitalization. this is from his last concert less than a week ago. in a moment he told fans wait a few days before you waste prayers. >> here's the thing about prince. he was part of the fabric of popular cultural. he played himself on new girl. >> anything beautiful. >> very well put. >> there's a core audience out
