>> one of the police involve shootings left a suspect dead. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao joins us live from overbrook where police remain on the scene, jan. >> reporter: good morning. that is right, police are still on the scene here in overbrook the site of the deadly officer involve shooting that happened early this morning in philadelphia. behind me here is you can see on overbrook avenue this section of the road near lancaster avenue is still closed this morning because that vehicle involved in the incident is still in the middle of the road n this particular incident the suspect was shot and killed after police say he tried to run officers over in that van. now take a look at the video this all unfolded early this morning just before 1:00 a.m. investigators say police in an unmark car spotted a man they believe was acting suspiciously. those officers called for a mark police car to assist and investigators say those marked officers tried to pull the suspect over but he refused to get out of the car and then tried to run responding officers over. that is all according to police.

those officers, opened fire, and then a man was pronounced dead at the hospital. now before this incident around 11:00 o'clock last night another police involved shooting in southwest fail on the grace avenue. police were already in that area when they heard shots fired and then they found a man 40 years old standing on the deck and shooting a gun in the air. when they told the suspect to drop his weapon police say he then fired one shot at police, one of those officers returned fire shooting twice and then hitting that man once. >> enters the left leg and enters the right leg, the male, goes into a house, and then the officers make an arrest at the that time, the male was taken to presbyterian hospital in stable condition. >> so again that suspect in the southwest philadelphia incident is in stable condition this morning. there was another man inside of that house and he has been taken in for questioning. mean while back here at the overbrook scene, police are still investigating, vehicle

arthur buckle was reported missing yesterday from a bay side state prison satellite facility. it is on the same grounds as ancora psychiatric hospital in winslow township. buckle got to the minimum security facility in january after being convicted of aggravated assault, burglary and drug charges. he was eligible for parole in just 17 days but now after breaking out he could serve another three to five years. philadelphia police released this surveillance video of the suspect in an attempted sexual assault in passyunk square. investigators say suspect walk up behind the women at 13th and wharton april 20th and tried to pull her down on the sidewalk. victim for the him off by spraying him with mace. if you recognize him, please call the philadelphia police. jury is ready to hear congressman chaka fattah's corruption trial, lawyers finished picking 12 jurors in the case yesterday on the second day of jury selection. fattah is accused of accepting bribes and misusing campaign fund and federal grants to benefit his family and friend.

under gone an explosion. about the last ten or 20 years or so and in town right now, it is the craft brewers conference. it is huge. about 15,000 people have come into town, this week to celebrate to learn, to go overall things craft brew. so we are here at saint benjamin brewing company in kensington, a perfect place to be because craft beers as you know is a huge part of the culture in the just here but worldwide. so this is a celebration of all things beer, taking shape this week. about 4,000 breweries have made their way in to town, and it is all part of the fun. in the fun this morning, we're talking about cristina and tim from saint benjamin brewing company. i know it is a little bit early for beer but we love to learn about different things. let's learn about beer this morning. let's talk about if i'm a novice. i enjoy different kind of beer and different colors of beer but let's break it down for novice beer drinker. what are we looking at right here. >> right new we have got four
