facility that makes roofing product. that fire reached two alarms, and investigators determined some welding sparked that fire, we do know no employees were injured. there is no word on the condition of the injured fire fighters. we now know identity of the delaware woman killed in the zip line accident in new castle county. victim is 59 year-old tina werner of felt on. she fell to her death yesterday from a platform and zip at lums upon state park. that line is run by a company called go ape. werner's next door neighbor says she will miss her friend. >> i know she had a bucket list. i knew hot air balloon was. we have known the family a long time. i feel sorry for them. she will be missed. >> reporter: werner's daughter melissa posted to facebook she wrote my mom tied completing her bucket list, zip lining indoors. go ape released a statement participant witnesses stated at the time of the accident, werner had disconnect herself, from the safety system.

it continues the course and associated safety. and video captures a moment suspected drunk driver hit a philadelphia officers in manayunk overnight. we do want to tell you you might find this video disturbing. joseph kaine junior was hit while conducting a traffic stop on main street near shurs lane just before 1:00 a.m. colin murphy of schwanksville was behind the wheel and just kept going. officers caught up with him about a mile away thanks to an alert tow truck driver. police say that the sergeant is lucky to be alive. >> there was heavy impact and it caused the sergeant, his body to launch about, 15 feet south, on main street where police picked him up. >> reporter: sergeant kaine remains hospitalized in stable condition with a broken collar bone and other injuries. murphy is facing several charges, including aggravated

assault and driving under the influence. trial date is set for suspect charged in the ambush shooting of philadelphia police officer jesse hartnett. edward archer will stand trial on october 21st for attempted murder and other charges. archer ace accused of shooting the officer as he sat in the patrol car in north philadelphia in january. investigators say hartnett took three bullets to his arm but was able to return fire. archer confessed claiming he did it in the name of islam. bensalem high school senior eric warner is and rest. he borrowed a 19 year-old woman's cell phone and stole two racey photos stored on it. police also say during a stretch of his cell phones, detectives uncovered videos of her having sex with a 14 year-old girl and another female. right now ward is charged with computer theft, corruption of the minors and invasion of privacy. a bucks county man is facing charges tonight for stealing $638,000 worth of parts from septa. this is the suspect 28

year-old kyle allen of langhorne. police say he made off with vehicle and train parts from six different septa properties. allen remains behind bars after failing to make bail. well, there are new developments the in the federal investigation of a prominent philadelphia labor leader, john dougherty. >> "eyewitness news" reporter joe holden is live at city hall with details on that, joe. >> reporter: jessica and ukee, good evening. the it seems most people continue to talk about this sprawling federal investigation, except for the many attorneys we have reached out today, all of them saying away from going on camera. it will be three weeks tomorrow, that high profile raids were conducted across this city. i can tell you tonight subpoenas and federal search warrants continue to spread across philadelphia. multiple federal investigations have sent ripples across philadelphia political circles. the latest revelation came tuesday, federal agents showed up at an attorney general's feel office in southwest philadelphia with a search

warrant. the spokesmen for the attorney general confirmed that to cbs-3. the investigation in the ibew, powerful union head johnny dougherty, city councilman and others has taken a new twist with tuesday's visit to the attorney general's office. sources say search warrant is examining some private security work apparently conducted by a narcotics agent here at the attorney general's office. spokesmen for the office would not confirm any of the details in this search warrant, characterizing it as a personnel matter. >> this is, as you guys said, a developing story. there is lots more that we don't know that we do know. >> reporter: david thornberg said cloud of suspicion cast over city hall and operations at ibew. city councilman bobby henon's office was raided earlier this month, part of the sweeping operation across the city by the fbi. henon did not respond to repeated requests for comment made by cbs-3. personally at his city hall

a pun for you. lets look outside we will go out to storm scan three. skies are clearing up, difference between being outside at 5:00 and at 6:00 is noticeable. glummy at 5:00. now sunnies shining. skies are clearing from west to east and things are looking nicer. if you want to get out this evening you should not have a problem. zooming in on south jersey just a few clouds, not seeing much in way of wet weather. we have triple sweep working trying to find a shower. we are not finding anything at all. this next front is secondary cold front moving through tonight. this will sweep through tomorrow, toss than the look like it has much beside a changing win treks. gusty breeze and maybe a stray shower. here's what that looks like on future weather through tonight, cloudy conditions here and there, sun breaks through by 8:00 we will clear it out. other night maybe a shower off to the north, mostly remain free and again tomorrow we can see what the clouds do as they sweep that cooler, dryer air moving in by friday afternoon but doesn't look like we will

see much in the way of wet weather. we will feel difference in wind direction. that is bringing muggy air in here this evening and tonight wind are out of the south, southwest at ten to 15 miles an hour down the shore. tomorrow morning we have a southeasterly wind but by tomorrow afternoon we will see what happens in the northwesterly wind and these continues will veer and we will see them coming out of the north on saturday. that makes the difference. southwest wind is a heat pump when we get a north/northwesterly wind we will get cooler dryer air move n we will go from oppressive tomorrow, we will cut it down to pleasant with dew points in the 50's on saturday and then gradual liz going up a bit sunday into monday. your weekend outlook looks good copy and paste weekend. eighty-nine saturday and sunday. both case with lots of sunshine. the saturday is less humid but great pool weather and beach weather. we have tropical storm gaston in the atlantic and that will stay a fish storm but it could bring gusty wind and high surf especially to bermuda and turn up the atlantic for us as well.
