is steamy on the skies deck and that is something if you have yet to step outside the door you will notice but regardless it is quiet for now say for patchy fog. the lets look at storm scan which is at the moment still empty, quiet, tranquil but we are starting to see this shift more out of the south and it is allowing for just some areas of patchy to go but higher issues with some unhealthy air quality. so specific to chester, delco we have unhealthy air quality for anyone that falls in the sensitive category suffering there any kind of respiratory illness, and certainly if you are what falls in the category of elderly or children this isn't the most ideal day for you in these counties. it is not bad every where, keyword is patchy but through central and southern new jersey and then back even into delaware you are seeing anywhere from a half mile to under half mile visibility in these area. courtesy of patchy fog. temperatures are a variety

justin finch is live in the news center with the latest on the incident that involved a woman and a gun. were you following this all day yesterday. >> i have been following this, indeed, brown was released on $250,000 bail overnight and hacking another high profile brush with the law. twenty-seven year-old award winzinger and his accuser is speaking out about the moment she said brown aimed a gun at her inside his home. late tuesday charge against chris brown came down. >> he will be books for assault with a deadly weapon. >> los angeles police were lock in the 14 hour standoff with brown who refused to leave his tarzana will california home. held up inside he taunted police on social media. >> have you seen my house? i'm going to barricade myself in a palace. i'm not coming out, for what? when you get the warrant you can walk right up in here and you will see nothing, you idiots. >> reporter: hours later brown was rush to lapd headquarters for questioning. his accuser aspiring actress

and pageant contestant bailey cure ran told her side of the story to entertainment tonight. >> he was threatening me with the the gun in my face. >> he had aid gun in his pocket. >> i don't know where it came from but i do recall him taking it from his side, so i don't know if he was already strapped with it. >> reporter: she said she was inside brown's home overnight tuesday partying when she was threaten. >> they are waiting for my phone and then one friend goes backup, gets my phone, brings it back out to me, was very hesitant to give it back to me. i said okay, why. i said you need to sign this m.d. a. >> i'm like i don't think so. i'm not signing anything. so i then took the phone from him and made a run for it. >> reporter: with a search warrant police emptied brown's house with about a half dozen people, padded them down and interviewed them all separately, including brown. this is assault arrest is the latest legal run in for brown.

pat gallen is live in camden, new jersey this morning and he will tell us about some of the events planned, pat, welcome back. you are having fun already, um. >> of course, guys. i come back from vacation and i get another vacation at adventure aquarium because i hang out with pumpkin, one of the penguins. she said hi, hello. big weekend in camden as she's looking at me like i'm crazy but to tell us more about what happened here is kate beedine. >> hi good morning. >> what is going on here with some penguins you have and specifically pumpkins. >> she's one of our penguins, three years old, she was born here at the aquarium and she's part of our survival plan so she was born in the breeding program to help conservation efforts to make sure we keep good populations in the zoo and aquarium. >> you guys have something cool with another organization is that correct. >> that is correct. we are trying to help out a facility right in south africa

welcome back hackers don't always have to break into your computers, sometimes you let them in. this three on your side consumer report an old scam is making a come back. she was on her computer one day when. >> this pop up came up and it said it was from microsoft. >> there microsoft computer immediately froze and the pop up direct her to call the number on your screen to fix it.

>> he was from microsoft, and he needed to get inside of the computer. >> reporter: she decided to give him access. >> he was moving my mouse around. i did not have control any longer, he did. >> reporter: it wasn't microsoft. >> they say horrible thing is about to happen, urgent situation. >> cyber security experts say it is an old scam, now back in a big way. in the past few years microsoft has heard from over 175,000 customers, complaining about tech support scams. the conn artists often ask for payment to fix your computer. >> at that point they have your credit card. they have your expiration date home address. >> reporter: how can you you protect yourself is this never call a phone number on pop up, never give a stranger access to your computer and make sure to update anti virus programs and operating systems software she realized there was something wrong when the man asked if she did banking on the computer. >> bingo, a light bulb hit me
