night after trying to stop a lottery in rittenhouse square park. inlet screen when 17 year olan another manna teemed topped rob a couple at gunpoint. police say the teen robber new the couple he was robbing and the search for those suspected rob zester ongoing. >> philadelphia businessman sam katz tells "eyewitness news" he is embarrased after he's caught with marijuana at philadelphia international airport. the three time mayoral candidate purchased small amount of marijuana for a weekends fishing trip in florida. and put it in his briefcase. tsa agent discovered it as he went through security checkpoints. police seized the marijuana and gave carts a 25-dollar ticket. >> sat a -- chaka fattah facing corruption conditions, scores small legal victory. >> after reviewing motions judge throughout four bank and mail fraud charges against fattah. he was convict in the june of orchestrate g several fraud scenes. four aids and advisors also convicted. no sentencing date has been set, remaining 18 counts.

>> prosecutors charged officer justin rodriguez of burlington township police with vehicular homicide in connection with september crash that killed his passenger. twenty-seven year old arianna williams of florence died when he struck an utility pole west front street florence township. officer rodriguez was off duty. prosecutors say a blood sample showed rodriguez drank excessive amount of alcohol. the officer suspended from the police force without pay. the city of philadelphia is being sued over speeding tickets that a lawyer says were wrongfully issued. the plaintiff says the philadelphia police department doesn't have jurisdiction on roads, such as interstate 95. the schuylkill, and vine street expressway. the roads have been under pennsylvania state police jurisdiction since 2012. therefore, the plaintiffs say philly police shouldn't be issuing speeding tickets there. lawyers argue the police first need an agreement with state

so i completely understand that deer. >> that is an understatement for sure. >> time now, 4:43. >> and katie is here with another check of the forecast. katie, looks lick it will be getting little chilly? >> definitely turning chillier. also, ending up with more wet weather out of this, so later today would be good excuse to maybe have your umbrella at the ready, maybe going to the errands, at the gym, only out until lunchtime, probably okay, say for one caveat, which we'll get to. but, storm scan3, very quiet, locally, clearly, what's going on across western pa, the leading edge of the aforementioned cold front. that will be pretty potent cold front by the way. the bulk of energy from the area, the actual storm center, the area of low pressure, going off to the north. so the cold front is what is getting dragged through our region here later on today into tonight. that's what's going to trigger the wet weather. so we walk you through future weather. very important to remember, this is always just a guide. it is not gospel. but this is one particular model picking up on the possibility that at least at len eastern new jersey see couple

of showers if not few pocket of steady rain before lunchtime. but the vast majority area is dry up until that point and beyond. this is a little later than it originally was yesterday, too. i do think that maybe as early as, say, 3:00 p.m. or so, far western suburbs corks start to see the rain building in. but it is primarily going to be a nighttime event with the rain moving in. and some of it could be locally steady. though looks like not everyone getting hit at the same time. we all ends up with some rain at some point. leading areas of saturday might hear raindrops tapping on the rooftops here, possibly lingers into the early morning hours of sat did i before finally clearing out into the afternoon. but regardless we do clear out through saturday, and the wind really becomes the next big story. for now, though, little bit of patchy fog, can't rule it out. it is obvious just that you bombed it here through the a.c. airport, millville under half mile visibility, right now. but as the day progresses, first half, not bad. watch for showers, though, later on today, especially tonight. and then we see the bottom just taken out from under us

here tomorrow. fifty-eight at best for a high. feeling no better than the four's, with winds gust that is could peak as high as the # eights, meisha. going to get awfully chill. >> i it is, absolutely, thank you so much. good morning, happy friday. so, kind of busy start to our friday morning so far. we have this disable vehicle, guys, on the schuylkill westbound, near the conshohocken curve pulled all the way off to the shoulder. but, you can see how slow moving everyone is going past this. plus, putting on their breaks. heads upon that. we have another accident, schuylkill westbound near conshohocken. this is involving a dumb truck. that can slow you down little bit as well. have little gaper delay there. we have another accident lansdale. eighth street at kenilworth avenue. make note. that will can pull you down as well. thirds accident new jersey turnpike northbound past hightstown, two inner lanes right now block. that will will start to slow you down, push further into the 5:00 hour. if it hasn't cleared yet. plus, disable vehicle. another one here, route 422 westbound near route 724. that right lane is blocked, so a lot of these areas, and not
