to look closely a veil of cloud cover as well as showers working its way south. this is the front in question. when i zero into what we're talking about you have to get in tight here. this one is in question, very localized, even between upper darby and chestnut hill this is cut off so there is very heavy rain currently coming down with that, about ready to move in through north east, northern philadelphia, crossing broad street 611 and precipitation rate with this at last check was over an inch , over an inch and a quarter. we will not see that much rainfall but that is blinding rain in this one little spot, and right over schuylkill expressway, so yeah, heading outside the door any second now and you can wait this out i would try to. it is moving along but it is out there. that is what we're finding here from the eyewitness weather watchers, too, they are reporting the same. lets go out to west of the city, 74 comes in from bill layden in cardington and i loved his comment. he has got our cbs philly

what katie was talking about that isolated rain this is what we're seeing. like she said schuylkill at belmont avenue headlights moving in the eastbound direction, taillights clearly moving in the westbound direction. you can see how many vehicles are out there, already, so we are not even in the 6:00 o'clock hour and anytime we will start to get wet roadways people head out there earlier, as you should. i would recommend if you have to go out there give yourself five or 10 minutes, looking pretty busy there somewhere looking dry 95 north at broad street we have an accident pulled over to that far left, and might start to get a gaper delay but we are not going to have congestion levels there not right now moving in the northbound direction they will not be that bad. then we have disable tractor trailer schuylkill eastbound ramp to passyunk blocking that point but you can see nice opened roadways around this area looking good, heading out there right now that was schuylkill eastbound to passyunk but we have another accident in gibbs bureau in new jersey stratford avenue at route 30, white horse pike, just a head up, not slowing
you down too much. if that is your neighborhood. we have some roving crews out here on the commodore barry bridge. one lane is block in each direction and as you can see we are also going to be dealing with a speed restriction in play as well, down to 25 miles an hour, still looking green. we can keep you around, with the speed restriction, hopefully we can keep through until 6:00 o'clock. pennsylvania turnpike crews are out there as well, jim, back over to you. on the cbs-3 healthwatch conjoined twins connected at head have been successfully been separate by doctors at chop. it took 11 hours to separate 10 month-old abby and erin delaney last wednesday. doctors spent months, planning for this complicated surgery which we're told twins will need most likely one more surgery before they can go home to north carolina and they are expect to be released later this year. with rates of skin cancer sky rocketing, destination healthy skinnies raise ago wearness of the disease.
