custody at this time. now to oklahoma. a fatal accident and a warning for you. this law enforcement video might be disturbing to watch. earlier this month an undercover gun deal went south and the suspect tried to flee the scene. law enforcement caught him. that's when department bob baits noent use his taser but instead -- a single june shot followed quickly by an apology. the sheriff says he accidentally drew his gun instead of his taser. he is a deputized civilian volunteer. the suspect, erik hair us, later died. we want to show you a viral video. a young man named will stack describes the situation where he was pulled over for improper use of a median. he says he spoke politely and
