abduction of a boy. >> it happened while the boy was walking to a bus stop in abington. kim dacey has the details. >> the harford county sheriff's office said the incident happened in abingdon around 6:30 yesterday morning. the 14-year-old student said he was walking to a bus stop near st. clair drive and cardinal way when a person in a black van pulled up next to him and said he would hurt the teen if he didn't get into the van. the boy ran home, and his parents called police. the suspect is believed to be a man. the vehicle is described as a commercial-type work van with black bumpers and tinted windows. several neighbors report seeing a similar van in the area over the weekend. parents are shaken up by the incident. >> there is a lot of woods around the area, there's a lot of kids in the neighborhood. so knowing that the guy has not been caught yet is a big concern for us. >> the van is unique in description. it had no rear windows, and it

had no windows on the driver's side in the passenger section. >> if you have seen the van or have any information, contact the harford county sheriff's office. that number -- 410-836-5429. reporting live in the newsroom, kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> a busy overnight for a rescue crews after a man falls into the inner harbor. it happened near east pratt street just after 2:30 this morning. crews managed to pull the man out of the water. he is said to be in stable condition. police all looking for a suspect in the beating death of a woman. her son discovered her body when he returned home just before 5:00 p.m. yesterday. she died of blunt force trauma. no word as to her identity or a

possible motive. >> the i team has received the confession of a man accused of pulling the trigger in a murder for hire scheme. prosecutors try walter bishop in the murder of william porter. in the tape, he recounts his actions and reasons for allegedly committing the crime. >> i walked in the store. i walked into the store and propped open this much. i opened it and i should have ran out like that was going to. i came around the corner and closed my eyes. then i squeezed the trigger. missed.that i he was -- he was not a good man.

>> we will wind up in the 60's this afternoon. there could be a touch of a feathefog in most neighborhoods. we expect a sunny day. >> investigators searching for a man who tried to conduct a 14- year-old boy in harford county. >> this morning a warning for parents to be on the alert. kim dacey is live with more on the story. >> the incident is on the minds of parents in the area. there is a $2,000 reward on the table to find the suspect. a 14-year-old boy was walking to a bus stop around 6:30 yesterday morning near st. clair drive and cardinal way in abingdon when a person in a black van pulled up next to him. the suspect threatened him and told him he would hurt him if he did not get in the van. the boy ran home, and his parents called police. according to concerned neighbors, the area is full of
