he attorney said his client acted in self-defense. he was responding to reports of suspicious activity in the area at the time. he thought the 15-year-old fit the description. >> the information available to us is that the young man swung a two-by-four at mr. werdesheim. he stepped out of the way and defended himself from this young man's weapon. >> the victim suffered a laceration to the head and a broken wrist. if convicted, the brothers face a possible 13 years in prison. reporting live, kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. fire investigators remain on the scene at the canton warehouse that has forced the evacuation of 60 neighbors. the warehouse contained
hazardous chemicals. firefighters evacuated surrounding homes. it's a bit more than 90 firefighters three and half hours to contain this blaze. nobody was injured. >> there was a raid at a popular free market on summit that included the seizure of merchandise. homeland security agents descended on the patapsco flea market on west patapsco avenue on sunday. sports apparel and cosmetics were taken that are either fixed or knockoffs. >> it is multibillion dollar industry and it impacts the united states in many ways. it is harmful to our economy and takes away american jobs. >> fda also participated in the
