a judge is expected to issue a verdict in the case of two brothers charged with beating and african-american teenager. eli werdesheim testified in his own defense on wednesday. say the victim was looking into homes and checking car door locks. he said he was defending himself. police are questioning a man in connection with an armed robbery in northwest baltimore. buddy tried to rob a business on parkdale avenue but ended up getting shot. the suspect fled the scene. and was admitted to shock trauma with a gunshot wound to the chest. opponents of same-sex marriage say there are half way to their goal of getting the law on the
