week. whatever they decide will have big implications. the supreme court justices are looking at four different issues but the key will be on the individual mandate which requires all americans to have health insurance or pay a fine. >> will we find is that millions of americans have already benefited from the elements of this historic reform. >> republicans have been gunning for what they call obamacare ever since it was passed. >> not only is the health care lot not working, it makes things worse by driving up health care cost. >> this is a perfect storm. >> only a handful of people know

the beginning of the morning commute will be fine. tropical storm debby -- forecasters have been up in the year as far as where this will go. sometimes these friends sweeps the storms out. it is difficult to see the center of the storm. 150 miles south of the florida panhandle and not very organized. they are getting hammered in florida. they may pick up 10, 20 inches of rain. this will kind of drift into the florida panhandle and into the southeast states by the end of the week. did not expect a lot of movement from debby. it will be a tremendous flooding. a mixture of sun and clouds. a chance for a few

we could have a big week ahead of us. there is the major supreme court decision expected on the landmark health-care law. congress will be forced to act on loans as well as a dispute over students federal loans. european leaders hoping a another summit to talk about a blueprint of the euro. lots to digest. futures are looking lower for the start of things. futures are down about 80 points for the dow. the market breathed a sigh of relief. about 3600 workers from lockheed martin.
