a teenagernts found unharmed on saturday in idaho. and amber alert went out last week after investigators say a man killed her mother and younger brother in california and then took the teenager. he was killed in the process. 18 of the 19 embassies close this month reopened on sunday. the u.s. and the see in yemen's capital would remain closed because of concerns about a terror threat by al qaeda. in pakistanonsular will remain closed over a separate threat. awardedclinton will be its highest honor by the american bar association. she worked in private practice in arkansas after graduating from yale law school.

sher talking to her, punched her in the face and ran off. people chased him down and held him until officers arrived. the woman was not seriously hurt. he faces robbery, theft, and assault. three people were sent to the hospital. vehicles that two hit some trees. one car was driving at a high rate of speed when a driver approached the curb and hit a tree. moments later a car hit another tree. >> it appears that speed is one of the factors involved in this both vehicles were known to one another. they were following -- one vehicle was following another. they failed to negotiate a turn in the roadway.they went off the roadway. both crashed into trees.

>> the driver is in critical condition. a passenger in the other driver were treated at hospitals. an accident in east baltimore sent four people to the hospital. it happened on sunday afternoon. no word on the condition of any of the victims so far. released aators have report detailing some new information about a helicopter crash in pennsylvania that killed three people from maryland. the pilot was not certified to fly using only on board instruments. there was no indication the pilot obtained a weather briefing before the chopper took off last month. eventually a crashed in pennsylvania.

they believe there was a thunderstorm. two howard county residents died in that crash. from towson also was killed. the pilot's name was not included in the report. officials have refused to renew a license for putty hill avenue skate land. last week we told about an increase in patrol around skate land after complaints from businesses and residents in the area. teenagers after closing go into the streets and cause problems. they do have the right to appeal the decision. officials have threatened to revoke the skating license if the problems persist. 70 degrees at the airport. 6:37. some families might choose to visit a state park.

window shattering. emergency crews evacuating all 36 guests from two buildings affect fwid sinkhole. all of them accounted for. so injuries reported. the elevator was the first part to go once the ground gave way and about 3:00 this morning the west wing of one of the buildings also tearing away from the rest of the structure. >> what are you hearing from officials about their concerns of some of the surrounding buildings at this point? >> at this point, emergency crews deemed the surrounding structures as stable. that sinkhole 40 to 60 feet in diameter. 20 feet deep but luckily everyone is accounted for and is surrounding buildings are stable. >> all right. marina, thank you very much. david, thank you. new details this morning on the dramaticescue of 16-year-old hannah anderson. the missing california teen found in the backcountry of idaho over the weekend.
