we have more construction on 128 in needham and wellesley. crews are working in both directions. construction is set to wrap up any minute at both of those sites. chris and kate. >> thank you. new twist in the mystery at sea. investigators are going through items taken from the home of nathan carman the young man seen here arriving in boston after he was rescuedoff off the massachusetts coast. he returned to his vermont hoed home yesterday. >> and his mother is still miin nicole jacobs is live with the latest for us. nicole. >> reporter: chris this search warrant affidavit is giving us a little bit of insight into the direction this investigation is taking specifically with regards to the location of that planned fishing trip and whether or not that may have contributed to his mother's presumptive death. 22-year-old nathan carman is safe at home after arriving at a coast guard base in boston tuesday.

forhis vermont home produced a modem and sim card and different intentions for mom and son she thought it would be 20 miles offshore and he 100 miles out. investigators are also looking into claims of whether or not the boat might have had some engine issues which is reportedly that nathan tried to fix those engine issues himself. that's also information we are learning from live in vernon vermont. >> we learned police considered carman a suspect in his grandfather's murder. the 87-year-old was killed three years ago in windsor connecticut. a source confirms to the sister station that nathan carman was once the primary person of interest in that murder. according to court documents, windsor police submitted an arrest warrant for her oil-- him on a murder charge returned

a dog is back home after an
