faring with the wet weather with jessica boyington. >> a few accident scenes on the schuylkill expressway. clearing out of the way quickly but it's slippery driving and slow go right around girard avenue. drive times still doing okay. we still have a 14 minute trip from the blue route to the vine street expressway. eastbound lanes doing okay but you can see they are wet and rain actively falling and rain spraying out from underneath the cars as well. bordentown township accident scene on route 130 closing in bed at groveville road and a crash involving two tractor-trailers. take 295 to get around this area and green there and no problems. mass transit currently no problems or delays. let's talk about more about the accident in burlington county route 130 is shut down because of a crash involving two

tractor-trailers. nbc10's katy zachry is closer to the accident scene. what have you found out since we last talked to you? >> we are going to push in and give you the best shot we can from our farmer but my photographer walked up to the scene and we have video of a better angle of the scene. one tractor-trailer, the cab is completely mangled and really badly damaged. the other tractor-trailer that is pulled over with the accident, we aren't seeing as much significant damage. initially police told us one person was trapped but when i got on scene i was told that there are no reported injuries at this time. likely, the drivers have been taken to the hospital to gcheckd out for precautionary regions. if you're walking out the door taking route 130 near frofville road, you're going to want to find an alternate. you can take 295 and local roads

morning. we have got some rain coming down in center city. a view from the comcast center. murky conditions and some spotty showers with some heavy downpours. northeast philadelphia reporting light rain. 73 degrees. humidity way up there. the temperatures five degrees cooler than yesterday. cooled by these showers. heavy downpours into new jersey. in parts of philadelphia. to the northeast, they are all moving to the northeast. you can see some light rain in between those heavier downpours and breaks in the rain. wilthed is getti wilmington is getting a break. on and off showers this morning. this afternoon, even more likely you'll need your umbrella. potential for heavy rain and all combined to keep temperatures in the 70s and low 70s at that for allentown, quaker town and reading. occasional showers and thunderstorms for doylestown, mt. holly up to 80 in the afternoon and 78 degrees at

a credit card scheme has landed one man behind bars. police arrested this man torro and here is what led to that. a u.p.s. driver realized he was delivering too many credit cards in one neighborhood and thought someone was following him on his route. route. minutes later, police culled over torro in a vehicle that the u.p.s. driver had described to police. >> we had discovered u.p.s. packages that belonged to residents in that neighborhood. he had the tracking numbers when they were going to be delivered. >> officers say they intercepted 80,000 in fraudulent approved credit card and gift card. the fbi is now involved and they believe the case is connected to others in new jersey and new york. there are ways to make sure your identity is safe. get one free credit history report from each of the three major agencies. you can also pay for a service

dez and corey booker and congressman announced a 25 million grant yesterday and designed to keep 85 firefighters on the job. those men and women were set to be laid off after four casinos in atlantic city closed last year. you might not realize it but atlantic city's board walked used to be longer than it is now. decades of storm damage taken its toll and some areas collapsed and now it's changing. diminution crews are removing unusable stretch of boardwalk along an inlet. the project mostly funded by the ferguson will add a protective sea wall and make the boardwalk whole again. in atlantic city the dilapidated building here is sitting vacant two years when a lending company bought the building and now investing $2 million to fix it up.
