for a man who assaulted a runner on a trail, leaving her unconscious. the victim was assaulted on the james hall trail in the phyllis park area monday night. police tell us a 23-year-old woman was shoved from behind repeatedly punched in the face by a man wearing a ski mask and also had gloves. >> we'll
