bread, eggs, but i'm doing a version with caramelized apples on top. i've sprayed the pan with oil spray, i did put a little bit of butter because there's not much a replacement for butter. and then you add some sliced apples on top. one teaspoon of maple syrup. >> just a teaspoon. >> a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. and you're going to caramelize these on low for about seven minutes, you want to get them gooey. and right at the end you'll finish it off with a dash of va nil ra extract. >> that's going to be good. >> this is going to cook up nice and yum, delicious. then we're going to make the frerng toast. here we have one whole egg with one egg white. i'm going to add more vanilla extract and a little bit of nutmeg and cinnamon again. all the fall flavors together and you can dunk the bread in here. >> okay. >> go ahead and dunk it in. this is a whole grain bread
