nbc 10 pamela osborne live. >> reporter: they're trying to send a message to senator pat toomey. many of the people you see here have actually been here since yesterday. a bunch of groups came together even organizing a flyover message to the senator. it read health care not wealth care. the people behind the banner say the senator hasn't held a town hall since 2013. that is why they say they're frustrated. they would have liked for the senator to take time to meet with them. hear their concerns ahead of this upcoming vote. they staged a 24 hour vigil outside of his office. they even outlined bodies in chalk on the sidewalk and some of those outlines you see not vaccinated. cancer. overdose. preexisting condition. some of the groups of people who could be impacted by medicate cuts. for him the proposed changes are life and death.

thought was a 14-year-old girl for sex. arrested after an undercover sting in delaware county. say the 56-year-old made plans to meet an undercover cop posing an a girl at an ice cream shop in ridly yesterday. investigator say he was a seasonal employee at a macy's in philadelphia, but they cannot confirm if he played santa. >> 5:36 right now. police in bucks county can warning to be on the lookout for a peeping tom who targeted a teenage girl inside a mall bathroom. told police she was in a stall tuesday afternoon when she saw a man's hand come under the stall holding a phone. she screamed and the man ran off near the food court. we spoke with her mom. we'll get that sound a little bit later. we are not identifying the girl's mother to protect the child's identity. police a a witness who saw the man run off will be a key in
