we are told there are does unsover businesses in the area. we schools in the area are on lockdown. we are expecting an update soon. police looking for a red dodge charger with a delaware license plate. look for live reports beginning at 4:00 and stay with nbc 10 and the nbc 10 app for updates. we'll also bring you updates for this newscast. also, this time in philadelphia police just lifted a lockdown after reports of a gun in a school. a teacher heard what she thought was a school.
>> she heard a loud bang. we didn't see anything that would determine that it was a gunshot. >> the all clear was given. the teachers did the right thing, reporting the possible gunshot saying it is better to be safe. nearly a month after hurricane puerto rico is desperate for drinking water. people are now breaking into potentially contaminated water wells because they are running low on supplies. people in our area with ties to puerto rico say they have had enough. we were there as protesters made their voices heard in our
nation's capital. they arrived the boxes of supplies and homemade signs. louis has family stuck in puerto rico. he says their situation has gotten worse by the day. >> my grand s'more diabetidiabe. she was running out of the insulin. most have no electricity and they are running out of water. he says part of the reason they are going is a sense of outrage

condition. philadelphia police say someone stabbed a man in the back and left him to die on someone's front porch. investigators tell us they found the victim dead with a knife still in his back. the victim did not live at the address. it is unclear where it happened. >> intended for a teenager. the shooting happened on johnson street around midnight. police say the gunman quickly drove off from the scene. they believe the teenager was the intended tafrmgt we are working to learn the conditions of both at this hour. sandusky says he deserves a new trial. around noon we'll learn if the judge agrees. he says his lawyers did not adequately represent him.
sandusky does get a new trial -- a philadelphia school is back open this morning. studen students. they found mold in the ventilation system. today delaware county will announce how it will lure amazon to the location for headquarters. philadelphia released its final ved in hopes to enticing amazon the bring the second head quarters to philly. >> tomorrow is the deadline to

>> the sheriffs off is giving a report. let's go to it right now. >> it occurred around 8:58 this morning a report of a shooting in the 2,100 block. deputies were on the scene within four minutes arriving at 9:02 a.m. they discovered five people suffering from gunshot wounds. currently we have lost three of those people. three have passed away. it is a result of a handgun. it looks like a single weapon was used in this since denincid. we are try to go give you the very best information we have. we have identified the suspect
in this case. he is a black male born 11/5/79. we have a photo of the suspect. it is going out on social media. >> it will be out on our social immediate. >> it will be on our social media very shortly. our federal partners and state partners [ no audio ] early reports involved another vehicle, a dodge charger. that vehicle has been located and has been eliminated from the search. as far as we know we have set up
a reception center for the families over at the richland ballroom behind us. and for people who are coming and that's being overseen by department of emergency services. this does appear to be a target attack. i am going to take -- we are asking if anyone sees the suspect he is armed and dangerous. we don't want anyone to take action on their own. >> he is associated with that business. it is still under investigation. we believe he is associated with
that business. >> i don't know whether he is. i don't know whether he has an employment status. we will just say he is associated with the business. >>. [ inaudible question ] >> his name is radeed. prince with birth date of 11/5/79. there was a residence of interest that we have gone to and we have been through in our manhunt. obviously the suspect is not
located there. >>. [ inaudible question ] >> we do not. at this point we are looking for just this suspect. we do not believe there were others involved. we do not believe anyone else was involved other than the person i just gave you the name of. >> [ inaudible question ] >> i know he has a criminal history. >> he targeted this considered armed and dangerous. >> absolutely. there is an individual out there on the loose who committed to one of the most heinous acts we have ever seen in our county. certainly we considered him armed and dangerous. >> investigators are getting
into the business and being able to begin their steps. so it would be way too preliminary as to how this occurred. >> there have been several reports. we encourage, you know, if we think it is the vehicle other the suspect. there have been several tips. none of those have panned out to be a lead that lead us to the suspect at this point. >> delaware. >> yes. >>. five people have been shot at a business park in edgewood. it happened a few minutes before 9:00 a.m. we were told three people two were shot were dead. two others are recovering. you're looking at video of the action happening there. right now police are looking for the gunman. they describe him as 37 years old. they say he is likely driving a red actually a black acadia with a delaware license plate. they are telling everyone to consider him armed and dangerous. they say he does have a criminal history. it all happened at the advanced granite solutions location. they believe that their suspect
