he joins us live from shriners hospital. john. this is where 8-year-old 'treasure brighon' is being treated tonight. her condition -- too severe for her local hospitals. doctors flew to pick her up earlier today... and just minutes ago... her mother and grandmother landed here to be by her side the queen city --now holding the best hope for her survival. 8-year-old 'treasure brighon' is being treated for burns to 90-percent of her body"i thought it was soot on her - until i turned my hallway light on and realized her face, her hair all the way to her feet was burnt. her skin was off her. her feet - oh my gosh - it's hard to explain" with flames tearing through the buffalo home they'd only been living in for days. demetrius johnson was killed after pulling treasure to safety and then running back inside to rescue his 3- year-old son "he did die as a hero. he did save his family" paramedics quickly rushing 'treasure' to the local e-r. her family... trying to stay positive. "oh god - she's just a pleasure to have around. she make you laugh, smile - she

can say. she's just a funny kid." but her condition -- too severe. local doctors made a call to cincinnati shriners -- which sent a team of special doctors by jet to pick her up. hours later -- volunteers with 'wings flights of hope' in buffalo put together a last-minute flight so treasure's mother and grandmother can be here by her side "they were just all around family. and that's what was so important tot hem was family. thats the most important thing to them is family." the other person killed in that fire was an upstairs neighbor. treasure's step-brother remains in a buffalo hospital. he's being treated for smoke inhalation. her mom... and johnson, the man who was killed, just got engaged on valentines day. john genovese 9oys now on 11 at 11.... the big clean-up after powerful winds rip through the tri-state... tearing down trees and power lines. at one point.. more

a two-month-old from middletown is found with fractured ribs and a bruised face...right now -- police are trying to determine if it's child abuse. abuse.police say the parents reported yesterday that the child wasn't breathing.the father says he performed chest compressions -- and a friend took the baby to children's hospital.that child was removed from it's father care. a former counselor at a youth home in butler county is accused of having sex with one of the teens at that home. 31 year old jillian walker is now charged with sexual battery. oxford police say she had sex with a 17 year old boy while working at the bunker hill haven for boys in hanover township. police say the relationship was consensual.. but walker is charged because of her position at the home. now at 11.. the search for the

we show you surveillance photos like these all the time. and maybe you recognize the person in that video.but your eyes can deceive you... even about your own child. child.tonight, we show you a stunning local case that will make you scratch your head -- and wonder if what you just saw was real.'s also illuminates what prosecutors say is a problem. eyewitness accounts. they say they are so unreliable they may just be the worst kind of evidence. this is the bank robber. in 2010 he held up a tr-state bank -- and the surveillance video hit probably every newscast in cincinnati that day. "and we put out a crimestoppers tip and we got about 5 or 6, 7 phone calls, 'i know that guy', 'he lives on this street', 'he lives in this particular house'. hamilton county prosecutor, joe deters, says people were convinced they knew this guy. they pointed
