right now a group is releasing the personal information of cincinnati police officers.in a video members say it's in response to officers shooting a man with an airsoft gun that was captured on cell phone footage. footage.9 on you side's jordan burgess is live asking questions about how police plan to respond. this is the video that group put out.they're called anonymous anon verdict.they say they're releasing this information in response to a shooting they think shouldn't have happened. we want to show you some of the video they put out.it starts with an animation over music. then you see a person in a mask at a podium.they talk in a digitalized voice about the shooting of paul gaston by cincinnati police last week. officers say they opened fire on gaston when he reached for what turned out to be an airsoft gun in his waistband.the group believes gaston shouldn't have been shot... so in retaliation.. they're releasing the personal information of some cincinnati police officers. the group is threatening to release more information in the future.we'll be asking cincinnati police how respond

the man who police say opened fire on seemingly random people over a seven-hour strecch of violence will appear before a judge today. and we're learning new details this morning from his victims. investigators say uber driver jason dalton started attacking his victims early saturday afternoon.more than four hours later... he killed a father and a son at kalamazoo car dealorship.minutes after that... he killed four people in a restaurant parking lot. they also say he stopped to pick up fares *during* the rampage. in: "we got maybe a mile from my house..."out: "jumped out of the car and ran away." away." this morning... uber says it has offered to assist authorities in the investigation.in a statement... uber says the company is -quote- "horrified and heartbroken at the senseless violence." the u-s supreme court is back in session today... for the first time since the death of justice antonin scalia.

a couple leads police ona 30 minute chase through hamilton county... in a moving van.and they'll go in front of a judge today. today.9 on your side's kristen swilley with the wild chase that wrecked a police officer's patrol car. these two have both been arrested in hamilton county more than a dozen times. but this was a first for both of them...after they took police on a nearly 30 minute chase in a u-haul, driving across several front yards and hitting a cruiser before being arrested. a woman says iesha harris and darius loveless stole her uhaul yesterday in colerain township- harris slamming her head in the van's door,
